The governing head of the German Reichstag is known as the Chancellor. The position has been held at various times by Otto Von Bismarck, Gerhard Schröder and Adolf Hitler. Gord used to be very fond of singing from the point of view of Eva Braun, Hitler's lover, lamenting: "Why didn't you dedicate your life to art!?" The Chancellor is also the name of the honorary or titular head of a university or college.
