FUBAR was an excellent independent film which took it's title from the military acronym for "fucked-up beyond repair." It's a mockumentary about aging headbangers and an unexpected death. "...X-box for the road crew and a satellite dish X-box is a video game system. And you thought Bill Gates was evil. The "cow bell" references a legendary Saturday Night Live sketch in which Christopher Walken played a demented Bruce Dickenson (lead singer for Iron Maiden, and a man who played a role in discovering a certain five piece from Kingston) demanding more cowbell from the boys in Blue Oyster Cult. The song itself takes aim at the Theoryofanickelcreed breed of Nu-Metal (as I type that, I've got my hand in the air, hand closed: index and pinky extended) artist who seem to appeal to angry young men. Craig wrote: "there is a certain breed of rock musician who never outgrows the phase of life when you were really mad at your mom." Rob added: "I actually made a few lyrical contributions on this one though Craig put his delicate little foot down over my closing chorus lyric; "Here I sit - heart intact - Paid a dime - got a nickleback."
